Do you do free roof inspections?
Yes. We come out, get on the roof, take photographs and give you an honest read at no charge. If your roof has years left in it we will say so.
Will my insurance cover a new roof?
That is the insurance company's call, not ours, and any contractor who promises you a covered claim is telling you what you want to hear. What we will do is inspect it for free, document what we find with photographs, and give you an honest opinion on whether it is worth filing.
Metal or shingles — which should I get?
Metal costs noticeably more up front and will likely outlast two or three shingle roofs, so it usually wins if you plan to stay put. Shingles cost less today and are easier to repair and match. We will give you a straight recommendation for your specific building once we have seen it.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes around here are a one to three day job once materials are on site, weather permitting. That is the main reason we like roofing — it is fast, and you are not living around a job site for a month. We will give you a real timeline in the written estimate rather than a guess over the phone.
How soon can you start?
Usually within days of walking it, not weeks. Roofing moves faster than a build does, and we keep crews on it year round. Call or text and we will tell you honestly where you would land on the schedule.
Can you fix a leak without replacing the whole roof?
Often, yes. Most leaks come from flashing, valleys or penetrations rather than failed shingles. We would rather sell you the repair you need than the roof you do not.
What areas do you cover?
Titus, Hopkins, Camp and Franklin counties and the towns around them — Mount Pleasant, Sulphur Springs, Pittsburg, Mount Vernon, Winnsboro and out into the country. Call if you are a bit outside that.
