Gutter Cleaning

Clogged gutters rot everything under them

We clear the gutters and downspouts, flush them, and tell you what is going on up there. We are roofers, so we can actually see the problem behind the leaves.

What we do up there

Cleared, flushed, and looked over

Anyone can scoop leaves. The reason to have a roofing crew do it is that we know what we are looking at while we are on the ladder.

Full clean-out

Gutters cleared by hand, debris bagged and hauled off. We do not blow it into your flower beds.

Downspout flush

Runs flushed until they actually drain. A clean gutter feeding a plugged downspout still overflows.

Roof-line check

While we are up there we look at the shingles, the flashing and the fascia and tell you what we see, photographs included.

Resealing and re-hanging

Leaking seams and sagging sections resealed or re-pitched so water goes where it is supposed to.

Fascia and soffit repair

If water has already gotten into the wood, we can fix it. Most gutter companies cannot.

Seasonal schedule

Twice a year is right for most houses around here — after the leaves drop and again before spring storms.

Why RC21

The cheapest job on your house prevents the most expensive one

A gutter full of pine needles pushes water back under the shingles and down the fascia. By the time you see the stain inside, it is a roofing job.

How it goes

Three steps to clear

1

Call or text

Tell us roughly the size of the house and whether it is one story or two.

2

We give you a price

A real number before we come out, not after we are already on the ladder.

3

We clean and report

Cleared, flushed, hauled off, and a short honest report with pictures of anything you should know about.

Where we work

Proudly serving Northeast Texas

We run crews across Titus, Hopkins, Camp and Franklin counties — Mount Pleasant, Sulphur Springs, Pittsburg, Mount Vernon, Winnsboro, Talco, Daingerfield and the country in between. If you are a little past that line, call anyway. We will tell you straight whether the drive makes sense.

Straight answers

Gutter questions we get every week

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Twice a year suits most houses around here — once after the leaves come down and once before the spring storms. If you have pines over the roof, plan on more.

What happens if I just leave them?

Water backs up over the edge and runs down the fascia and behind the siding. That rots wood, stains ceilings, and eventually turns a cheap job into a roofing and carpentry job.

Do you haul the debris off?

Yes. It gets bagged and it leaves with us. We do not blow it into the yard or the flower beds.

Will you tell me if something is wrong with my roof?

Yes, with photographs, and we will tell you if nothing is wrong too. We are not going to invent a roof problem out of a gutter cleaning.

Do you install new gutters or guards?

Ask us when you call. We would rather tell you honestly what we can and cannot take on for your house than promise it on a web page.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the house and how many stories. Call or text with those two things and we will give you a number before we drive out.
